Returns

Immbrace offers free returns on all products within 14 days of purchase (within Australia).

 

Sale items cannot be refunded but we are happy to offer store credit.

International returns are also accepted but at the senders postage cost.

Items must be unwashed & unworn with tags still attached and in original packaging.

 

If tags are not attached we cannot accept your return.

 

To initiate a return, kindly send an email to our dedicated customer service team at hello@immbrace.com. Please include your name and order number in the email. Our friendly team will promptly respond with all the necessary details for your return.

 

When returning your item, please make sure your return is clearly marked with your details on it and allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed during busy times.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING

 

If we are not issuing your return postage it is recommended to use registered post as returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. 

 

STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE

 

We will issue you with a store credit to use online so you can grab that other size or item you'd prefer.  

 

FAULTY

 

If you have received a faulty item, please email hello@immbrace.com and we’ll work on getting your item repaired if possible. If your product is not repairable we will either issue you with a new product if available or a store credit for the purchase value of your product. 

 

REFUNDS

 

Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to be applied as banks take varying times. If you’re still waiting then send us an email to hello@immbrace.com
